That's a PostScript file, probably a graphic of some kind.  The
language is quite nice for doing graphics and it is used in many
modern printers.  Here's some information about it:

On a Mac, OSX, make the file name end with .ps and try to open it.  It
should convert automatically to PDF and open in the Previewer.
