Here are the packages that seem to be relevant:
	picinpar (appears to be deprecated)
	picins (doesn't come with minimal texlive install)
	wrapfig (doesn't come with minimal texlive install)
	floatflt (OLD)
	floatfig (OLD)

I haven't used any of these myself.
