[Tugindia] too many unprocessed floats

Hi all,

I am trying to include couple of graphs in my paper and Latex gives me error
of 'too many unprocessed floats!' I tried the float package (h.t.b,p -
option), but I am not sure if I am doing it correctly as the error is still
there.
I searched the web and the explanation was not easy to follow.
Can any one please guide me or provide me the link, which can provide
satisfactory answer/solution.
