[tlbuild] Problem regarding open tlpdb

While testing/updating my pretest-repository by installing a new package:
/
tlmgr --repository=http://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet
install currency
\

giving:

/usr/local/texlive/2017/bin/x86_64-linux/tlmgr:
	open
tlpdb(http://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlne/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb)


	failed:
at /media/sde1/usr/local/texlive/2017/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLPDB.pm line 360.

The path is'nt complete -- instead of
_texlive/tlne/tlpkg_
	it should be
*texlive/tlnet/tlpkg*

I don't know the source of this erronous situation, so please excuse, if
I made an error.
