[tlbuild] asy and c++11

Hello,

I have built Asymptote version 2.41 on OpenIndiana/hipster with the
instructions given at

https://www.tug.org/texlive/build.html

and there was no problem. The binary starts only with the -nothreads
option, otherwise it fails:

$ ./asy
Welcome to Asymptote version 2.41 (to view the manual, type help)
runtime: Stack overflow or segmentation fault: rerun with -nothreads
Abort (core dumped)

I think this is an old problem....
