The problem with this is that the optimum position for placing the bar
`accent' isn't necessarily the same as for the other accents. Also,
the only way to ensure against the bar colliding with the rest of the
glyph (for example, to make sure that <dslash> doesn't have the slash
overlap with the bowl of the d) is to construct them as single glyphs.
A pity!
