Talks and Workshops

Please send email to tug2003-papers@tug.org with the following information to be considered for the program

Attach a 1 page abstract using this template
Please indicate if you plan to submit a paper or slide presentation (note the appropriate due dates).
Please indicate how much time you would like for your presentation. We will try to honor all time requests as the program permits. Most presentations will be allotted 30-45 minutes, unless you indicate that your presentation is intended to be a panel discussion, workshop, or a SIG (Special Interest Group), fondly known by some as birds-of-a-feather, session. If your abstract is accepted, the Program Committee will coordinate with you to find an appropriate date and time for your presentation during the conference.

* Please put your slides on a CD or other portable (firewire/usb) media so that the files can be collected at the TUG registration desk on arrival at the Outrigger Hotel. The files will be set up for posting electronically after your talk has been presented. You may e-mail a copy of your file ahead of time to: wendy@tug.org.

Abstracts for poster sessions may be submitted until June 9, 2003 for consideration. Details will be provided at that time.
