[yandytex] Lucida fonts with lucimatx in YandY: TeX's OK, preview bombs

For what it's worth, I searched the Y&Y .txt documentation for
"standard.sub" and "texfonts.map", and am attaching a zip file with all
the files that matched.

I don't know how much of this information is old, or useful at all, but
it's all I could think of to do.
