Y&Y TeX with current WinEdt build

Team WinEdt kindly supplied a file archive for installing a Y&Y TeX
configuation into the current WinEdt 5.4 (build 20050114). As you may
know, the Y & Y configuration is no longer included with the distributed
WinEdt, and Team WinEdt does not support it.

Can anybody help with the following:

1. There seems to be an inconsistency in the directions in the file
YandY.txt from that archive. It says, first:

Two folders (and their contents) in this archive have to be placed
    in WinEdt's Root Folder:

        ...\Config\YandY TeX\*.*
        ...\Exec\YandY TeX\*.*

(Then one runs macro "Load Config.edt" from the Config\YandY TeX so
created.)

I presume those instructions mean to extract those files to
subdirectories of %B rather than the User Profile directory $b.

However, the instructions go on to explain how to add the YandY
configuration to the Options > Configurations menu and say the macro for
the new entry should be:

    [Exe('Load Config.edt','%b\Config\YandY TeX')]

Here's the seeming inconsistency: That macro refers to the User Profile
directory, %b, rather than to the WinEdt root directory, %B.

What's going on here?

2. Afer installing YandY TeX as instructed, even though I can get Y&Y
TeX to act upon a file, if I go to

Options > Configuration Wizard > Diagnosis

I see the diagnosis that no TeX system has been configured!

So is this merely a harmless artifact from the Y & Y TeX configuration
no longer being part of the WinEdt distribution? Or, does it mean that
some accessories, etc., are not going to work any longer with Y & Y TeX?

If the latter, how can the situation be fixed?
