is this  a new installation CD for Y&Y TeX ???      There was
some problem - last year I think - with some folks not having
the correct version of bibtex... and we put up a complete
set of files on the Y&H web site for download...

the archives should have more information about this ...
what is the version of your CD?  and the date of the
bibtex <exe> files....
