Well, I guess so ;-) You're very kind to say that.

Every so often I go through my techsupport folder to see what's been
done -- and move it to `techsupport-done'. So I run across the stuff
that's not really had any follow-up and sometimes I'll send a query --
or post to techsupport -- asking if the problem's been resolved. I
know not everything can be solved via e-mail descriptions but one does
have these hopes ... ;-))

I must say that I think more people are now posting a final message to
say their problem's been fixed, either by the magic of re-installation
-- our `favourite' ;-) -- or that a suggestion has made the
difference. It's very gratifying to see those messages, not only
because the problem's been solved, but also for future reference: we
know the right answer was provided ;-)) If we offer potential
solutions but don't hear back, then we never know if the suggestions
worked -- or were totally off-base.

Ch.
