At least for ATM Deluxe, I believe the message means trouble: ATMREG.ATM
is the file that contains the information about what fonts have been
installed -- and which under the direct control of ATM (i.e., in the ATM
Fonts subdirectory of Windows' Fonts directory) -- and in what sets. It
belongs in your Windows (or WINNT, etc.) directory and is created as
part of the installation and/or configuration of ATM Deluxe.
