LaTex 2.09 support in release 2.2

i don't believe y&y (as a company) can be said to _support_ latex 2.09
(which was last updated 11 years ago, and superseded 9 years ago), but
you will certainly be able to build a latex 2.09 format to run on a
y&y installation.

in fact, the crop-mark functions of pageframe are adequately covered
under current latex, but if you can't do with change, you can't.
