OK, looks like the 8-letter restriction wasn't the key. i am still
having problems printing to a file using DVIPSONE. No apparent problems
printing to the printer, just when printing to a file. i need help on
this quickly....

thanks,
dave colella

Mr. Colella,

So sorry for the delay in answering your email. I am afraid that I have a
problem with the support at yandy.com mailbox, it contains hundreds of spam mail
messages and real mail is difficult to see at times.

Do not use this mailbox. If you go to the website you will see that we now
have support at techsupport at yandy.com. You need to subscribe to the forum.

I am forwarding your message to my mailbox (admin at yandy.com).

Regards,
Blenda Horn.
