[XeTeX] XeLaTeX for files using pstricks

Howdy,

The xelatexTR engine used by those files does exactly that. It executes

xelatex -output-driver="xdvipdfmx -i dvipdfmx-unsafe.cfg -q -E" -file-line-error -synctex=1 "$1"

for TeX Live 2021.
