[XeTeX] XeLaTeXmk in MikTeX?

I was wondering whether there was a make facility within the MikTeX installation which could be activated similar to the XeLaTeXmk available in MacTeX installations?

I don't use MikTeX myself but my university labs have it installed and it would be helpful to make it available there.
