I have just published the test using current TeX Live 2013, it is in
directory tl2013-20130719

The page served to me and to Steve White, you can see older revisions
with different bugs that have already been fixed. You cat also get all
the test files. Generally, I have large files and when I spot an
error, I extract a minimal example. With each new version I rerun all
tests. The files also compare FreeFont with other selected Devanagari
fonts.
