[XeTeX] upcase mapping for character i in Turkish

Hi all,

I'm very new to xetex / latex and this is my first post here.

İ'm having trouble with upcased form of character i, as it should upcased
to İ and not I in Turkish.

I'm using polyglossia with xetex (i think polyglossia doesnt handle such
situations), and looking a solution like this:
