[XeTeX] No (bidi) Arabic with titlesec? & bidi loading settings

Do not know really. by the way, titlesec is not yet supported in bidi and so
generally its usage together with bidi should be avoided until bidi supports
it fully. Of course you are more than welcome to use titlesec with bidi
provided you take the responsibility of future issues and conflicts.
