You need to use the XITS Math font instead.

I can see differences in the height of the accent placement (compared 
to Scale=1), but it doesn't necessary look "wrong" to me. This 
behaviour is not seen in LuaLaTeX, so this could be a variation in how 
XeTeX chooses to place these symbols.
