[XeTeX] RotatedGlyphs vs. microtype

Protrusion doesn't work with rotated glyphs, which seems to be a 
limitation of xetex. I don't know whether this could be fixed, or even 
what a sensible behaviour would be.

This error is a bug in microtype. Fixed in the new beta version: 
http://xetex.tk
