[XeTeX] on fontspec 2.0

Hi All, Khaled,
Just tried to extract fontspec.dtx that I got form github. Just to let
you know, the manual won't compile, i dont have the rm-consolata font.
Could you use standard fonts in the manual, i'm on windows.
Looking forward to working with it for the rest, lets see what it can do!
