[XeTeX] Getting completely the wrong glyphs when using characters from Latin Extended B

Hmm, so the only difference is xetex being 9995.1 on my system, and 
9995.2 on yours... does anyone know if 9995.1 suffered from a bug that 
might effect this? Because 9995.1 is the only version I see available 
through MiKTeX 2.8
