[XeTeX] New Experimental Version of bidi package

Chnages:

   1. tabbing environment is fixed.
   2. \marginpar works correctly in RTL and LTR mode.
   3. The fmultico package is a modification of multicol package. fmultico
   was written by Rouzbeh Purnader (a member of FarsiTeX project) and is a part
   of the FarsiTeX project. fmultico is too old, it was written in 1996 and it
   is based on v1.4 of multicol package written in 1986--1992. Since then there
   were much improvements to the multicol package. Now you can actually use
   v1.6 (latest version) of multicol package directly and there is no need to
   use fmultico package. I have done this is completely different approach to
   what Rouzbeh's approach. with fmultico package, you just can write from
   right to left and it allows you to do this by sacrifising many features of
   multicol package. Now you can use multicol package directly, you can write
   bidirectionally and it does not sacrifise any feature of the multicol
   package.
