[XeTeX] color some Hebrew vowels

I would love to help but I am Persian and I do not know how to read or write
Hebrew. When I looked at your example, I can see that \RL is used wrongly.
Also if you explain more as which character supposed to be where, then I can
understand it and help.

\newcommand{\he}[1]{\RL{\HebFont #1}} this is how \RL should be used.
