[XeTeX] XeTeX fresh install can't find file

Usually you don't need to. The binaries know the path name under  
which they have been invoked and from this they know where according  
to TDS the necessary files are to be found. Besides, there are  
configuration files. In UNIX they are named texmf.cnf...
