[XeTeX] Gentium, Tironian Et, and XeTeX

Your problem is that Gentium does not include the Tironian nota. All you
need to do is choose a font that does have it. Check the MUFI page for
possibilities: http://www.mufi.info/
Also I'm pretty sure that some of the DejaVu fonts have it.
