[XeTeX] xelatex and the TL2009 portable solution with a usb-stick

    Did I miss the announcement that TexLive 2009 was available?  

I sent it to tex-live at tug.org and texhax at tug.org yesterday.

I updated the one "2008" on that page (missed it when I looked at it
earlier) and removed the 2008 image.
