If there are more examples to link to, by all means let's link to them.

    helpful.  I would also recommend (to Karl) that at least one such 
    example should be included in the texlive distribution, in the spirit of 

Sorry, but I can't write such a thing myself, so recommending it to me
doesn't help.

If someone else (you? Francois?) writes it and releases under a free
license and uploads it to CTAN, I will very happily incorporate it in
TL.  The more the better.  I fully agree that actual examples are
very desirable.
