[XeTeX] cannot get Hoefler text to work with XeTeX

Adding to Jonathan's observation, I don't think Hoefler Text uses lining 
numbers --- it's default is Old Style. The lining numbers are assigned 
only Glyph IDs, rather than unicode numbers. So, the option [Numbers=Old 
Style] will probably only return a message that it's  being ignored.
