[XeTeX] bidi and hyperref in XeTeX (was: bidi package abilities and lshort in Persia)

Thanks but I am afraid the problem can not be solved with macro programming.
However I write a super simple fix which works nice (hyperref and bidi) and
sent it to Ross of the list. Hopefully I will relaese a new version of bidi
with hyperref support before 6th of next month. You can see the results by
downloading and looking at this file:
