Try your test file with more fonts from MS Losedos!

There is one more possible check: make XeTeX just create the XDV file
and then invoke xdvipdfmx manually (and also check which xdvipdfmx
executable gets used) with option -vv or even -vvv. Or try this test
with one command invocation:

	xelatex -output-driver="xdvipdfmx -vv" file

Actually you could check all the other fonts with this last command.
This might help to see whether the xelatex executable fails or it's
the xdvipdfmx executable – and I presume it's this time not the
latter! The names \zf at basefont and \zf at fontspec look like a fontspec
issue. So the final test should be either without fontspec or in
plain XeTeX ...

movies alone.
