Could you give details?

describes up-to-date XeTeX. http://scripts.sil.org/svn-view/xetex/ 
TRUNK/ should allow an SVN client programme to download a particular  
version. The sources will be so complete that you could compile and  
install that particular version.

I never worked much with svn or a GUI client ...
