[XeTeX] XePersian announcement

I am pleased to announce that the Version 1 of XePersian is now available on
CTAN and should be a part of your TeX distribution very soon. This is the
first stable version of XePersian.


Thanks to Jonathan Kew, Ross Moore, Jim Hefferon, Karl Berry, Will
Robertson, François Charette, Andrew Moschou, Mostafa Vahedi, Mehdi Omidali
and all the people on the mailing list for their help and wonderful
