[XeTeX] TeXLive update issues

Is this not perhaps related to the famoust hyphenation problem?:

(look for "XeTeX is installed, but there's no xelatex.fmt")

(But I thought this was supposed to have been fixed now that texlive 
ships with Unicode hyphenation files, so maybe this is a red herring.)
