[XeTeX] xetex and leaflet [+ hpyerref]

For me, it works when using latex:

\paperwidth      = 597.50793pt
\paperheight     = 845.04694pt

Yes, that’s ineed possible. But I want to use xetex because of
certain fonts … and to have the possibility of using leaflet would
be great, too.
