[XeTeX] Problem with the bidi package: chapter titles flushed right

Hi,

I'm having some problems with the new version of the bidi package I
got from here:
http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/xetex/latex/bidi/

I'm using TeX Live 2008 on Ubuntu.  It is installed in my home
directory from the ISO image.  I have installed the new bidi into the
~/texmf directory.

The problem is that the chapter titles are flushed right.

I have attached a minimal file that illustrates the problem.
