[XeTeX] XeTeX fails to notice smcp feature?

I seem to be in the habit of answering my own questions today...
OpenType-info.tex reports that Serlio does not have small caps in the
LATN script (which is the only script shown for Serlio by
OpenType-info.tex). So, why does otfinfo report that the small caps
feature is there, and OpenType-info.tex say that it is not?
