You have two options:

	\documentclass[...,dvipdfm]{komacls}

or

	\renewcommand{\pgfsysdriver}{pgfsys-dvipdfm.def}

Then you need to use xdvipdfmx as output driver:

	xelatex -output-driver=xdvipdfmx
