[XeTeX] XeLaTex and xdvipdfmx

The installed version here is "is xdvipdfmx-0.4".

Is possible install the Debian/Ubuntu package in Mac? (http://nlp.ipipan.waw.pl/~wolinski/xetex/texlive-xetex-snapshot_678.tar.gz 
)
