[XeTeX] XeTeXpicfile unable to load PDF

I am sorry I didn't say it right away: I have XeTeX, Version
3.1415926-2.2-0.999.2 (MiKTeX 2.7) on Windows XP SP 2.

Using graphicx package I was able to compile with the postscript
graphic files. That's ok, so The problem does not really bother me
now.

Though it is strange, why I could not compile with the PDF. /-: That
sould work too.
