[XeTeX] Uninstalled fonts

Hi

Something like:

\font\mycardo=[d:/backups/fontbkup/mufi/unicode/cardo98/Cardo98s.ttf] at
16pt

will use the TTF font Cardo98s from that location on the computer, whether
or not it is installed. (And I continue to find sometimes that fonts which
are working OK with other Windows programs cause XeTeX to crash, in which
case the solution is to invoke them directly from the font file at the
appropriate location.)

Best

John
