[XeTeX] XeTeX + fontspec + sazanami = no output (?)

It's not enough to put the font file somewhere on the disk, it has to  
be a designated place. You also need to make it known to the system.  
The command is fc-cache or 'sudo fc-cache'. With fc-list you can  
check whether it's known.

If you want to save these efforts, the latest version of fontspec  
allows to specify the path to the font, for example in order to keep  
your system clean from some test font until it has shown to be worth  
of integration.
