[XeTeX] compiling xdvipdfmx

Hi all,

Thanks for all of your help. Clearly there are other things I need to  
install before this will compile nicely, and my need for a fresh  
xdvipdfmx isn't too great at this stage. (I did try the different  
suggestions with various levels of success.)
