[XeTeX] Restoring text to the default English font in Latex/fontspec/Bidi

Dear Will:

Thanks for your help on this. Which English fonts are thought to go
well with Ezra? Computer Modern? Adobe Garamond?

I have found that Ezra displays the diacritical signs nicely under
xetex but not the standard Hebrew fonts under Windows XP.
