[XeTeX] [OS X TeX] Unexpected quotation marks

The line

	~/Library/TeXShop/bin/latexmk -pdf -r "$HOME/Library/TeXShop/bin/ 
xelatexmkrc" "$1"

addresses a file that tells the latexmk system to use the xdvipdfmx  
convertor – do I have the wrong TeXShop version around?!
