[XeTeX] fancy headers

There shouldn't be any problem here; fancyhdr doesn't fall into the  
category of "doing weird stuff" that won't work in XeTeX. Try and  
pare down a minimal example that fails and posting it here; that  
should give a better indication of where the problem it.
