[XeTeX] xetex and fontenc an IL2

hi all,

a have the problem with the xelatex and fontenc package and il2 font
encoding. i have sample document

documentclass[twoside]{book}
\usepackage[czech]{babel}
\usepackage{xunicode}
\usepackage[IL2]{fontenc}
\DeclareFontFamily{IL2}{utopia}{}
\DeclareFontShape{IL2}{utopia}{m}{n}{
   <-> putr8z
}{}
\renewcommand{\rmdefault}{utopia}
\begin{document}
soma czech text here
\end{document}

(i made yourself putr8z tfm and vf using the afm2tfm program)

in the log file i see:
...

(/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/cslatex/il2enc.def

)
LaTeX Font Info:    Try loading font information for IL2+cmr on input line
100.
(/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/cslatex/il2cmr.fd
File: il2cmr.fd 1997/02/06 CSLaTeX font definitions

looks ok but:

Missing character: There is no č in font putr8z!
Missing character: There is no ě in font putr8z!
Missing character: There is no ě in font putr8z!
....

any help how to solve?
