[XeTeX] XeTeX build fails

2.2.1 is still pretty old (May 2006); 2.3.5 is current (since July  
2007).

When I do a build, it uses a local libtool created at xetex/Work/texk/ 
libtool; libtool from /usr[/local]/bin isn't used.
