[XeTeX] Fonts for (Xe)TeX use

Will: you were right, of course: one can simply use right-click to  
navigate, in the Finder, to the required file or folder within a .app  
application bundle; and then, when presented a file opening window  
within another application, drag-and-drop this file or folder onto  
the window.
